Excited & encouraged. I'm getting closer to my first stage loss of 80kgs. All thanks to everyone's support & advice and my stubborn determination. My hubby's incredible he goes silent when I'm verbally disappointed & cranky about my weight & shape, he surprises me with noise cancelling headphones and Nike trainers and gym equipment to keep me motivated. He's patient while I do my treadmill's daily hour of brisk walking even on his days off. The treadmill is actually my special moment for prayer time, its keeps me focussed on others so I'm determined to complete that hour. I'm feeling stronger, lighter and more flexible. Yay my clothes are looser. Woohoo 🤗
84 kg Lost so far: 8 kg.    Still to go: 30 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
