Woohoo I finally got below 80kg!!
A huge pat on my back !!
Regardless of what I tried in the past I was unable to achieve that goal since my weight exploded to 80kg in 2015!! Now to get to my next goal of 75kg.
79 kg Lost so far: 13 kg.    Still to go: 25 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
