Crikey I'm flatlining!!! No weight change again! I'm stuck on what they call plateauing?
"Not happy Jan!"
Well, to stay focussed and positive I decided to remind myself I've worked hard and its obvious, so I made myself a fitted vest in one of my May Gibb's fabric print. And it looks fabulous!!
65 kg Lost so far: 27 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
