A great way to end my break from work 👏
Reflections on my 2 weeks out of the office on holidays...
- Eating was at weird hours (no routine) BUT kept to my meal plan as closely as possible.
- Slept a lot but also did much more activity when awake...
- Did not tick off ANY chores that were on my list, but caught up with friends and family and made some lovely new memories.
- Lost 2.5kg 👍
The best break I have had in many years and getting back into routine when I start work tomorrow may not be easy 😬
97 kg Lost so far: 51 kg.    Still to go: 32 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hahaha... This year I have learnt that 'me time' includes meal planning and prep... every week, regardless of what activities I am doing ... When I started pre-prepping meals, I begrudged the time it took me, but now I really enjoy it... yes because of the benefits to my weight and overall health... but also I can really relax into my week once it's done. Besides the meal prep, I may have over guesstimated the off-plan meals and snacks I had while away... who knows 😀
