Having reached my stage 1 goal of double digits and basked in the glory of the thin blue line for a couple of weeks... its time to plug in a new goal weight (thanks for the motivation Malgaynor 😀)... Going for 65kg this time... So farewell thin blue line 👋 I hope to see you again by the end of next year 🙏😬

Wow, your achievement is really awesome!!! It's so damn hard to beat the habits we maintained all our lives but I'm sure you'll get there 🤗 And I'm sure you'll be able to get rid of the meds by maintaining a healthy lifestyle! That's such an awesome goal to have and I can tell you, I know lots of people who successfully got rid of a lot of health problems just by loosing weight. 💕

All I can say is that you are doing awesome!!!! Your mindset is the key to your success, it can be hard to learn from life experiences and reset habits, but I suspect you have the lifestyle-change bug well and truly 🥳👍👏🎉
