Started on weight loss journey today. Definitely not feeling hungry, but I put off eating for too long and felt nauseated. I made a pretty, healthy, delicious salad with chicken for dinner, and I'm feeling positive about returning to my old healthy eating plan. I've got a really good feeling about this new regime and I'm feeling optimistic.
87.4 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 29.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
