0.70kg for the week - time to start measuring with tape measure to keep me on track. I had a good week on my 800 and sometimes I scratch my head - still 25 kgs to lose and yet it is coming off so slowly. I know some has to do with not being able to move optimally but still annoying. Stick with it I hear myself say. On our way to our holiday home for 10 days and no scales so let’s see what happens when I get back.
91.3 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 26.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Lucky you, I would love another 10 day holiday please 😉 I now understand the nervousness about being away from scales, but at the end of the day, we've got skills now that we carry with us where ever we go 💪 Enjoy the change of scenery at your holiday home, sleep well and keep healing that leg so you can enjoy the benefits of all the pain and inconvenience...

Do you find 800 is ample I am thinking of dropping mine to 1000 to try to kickstart it as bit.

LesleyVicki I always take a couple of weeks to adjust to the lower calories, but then it doesn’t bother me. Unfortunately I don’t lose weight at 1200 calories, so hence the reason for doing the Fast 800 and intermittent fasting and with my doctors involvement I am continuing beyond the recommended 12 - 14 weeks. Because I fast after dinner until lunchtime the next day (apart from a small coffee which is “allowed”) I use my 800 calories for lunch and dinner and I find this adequate.

I am working Liz, just in a beautiful part of the world. Water is too cold to swim yet, otherwise would be giving the knee some ocean therapy

I love my measuring tape! I'm using it once a week and I find it a great way to note changes! You have done such incredible work to get where you are now, so yes, keep listening to that inner voice telling you to stick with it. I bought the Fast 800 book, I've been contemplating doing it, but knowing how i am, the second i tell myself I'm fasting I'd go into panic mode and gorge. How do you avoid this? 💚

Aitch11 I started slowly, so I did 8pm till 8am fasting at first which was easy for me as I don’t really snack after dinner and then I was asleep. Then I started stretching by another hour or so until I felt comfortable with fasting from dinner to lunchtime. I would have bone broth or lemon water to help me stretch and then now I don’t even think about it anymore

0.7kg a week is excellent. That’s a very healthy weight loss and shows you are doing everything right. Keep it up!
