I had ice-cream for dessert last night, because if I believe I'm "depriving" myself I end up in binge mode. So I had one scoop (instead of six 🥴) and what I found was: it was *too* sweet. It was like swallowing thick, sugar-packed syrup. I felt sick and amazed at the same time! Next time I want ice-cream I'll make it myself from bananas!
84.6 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 26.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
