Yesssss!!! I'm getting better at avoiding the late night snacking (gorging/binging) and it's paying off. The snacking was
1) mainly aimed at changing my emotional state, and
2) partly becuase I wanted to change the taste in my mouth.

Peppermint tea or brushing my teeth takes care of number 2, self care or going to bed helps with number 1.

Avoiding the snack attack feels like a bigger win than the change in the scales! 💚
