Mials11- Keep at it, stay determined and focus. It's taken me 15yrs to work out my body and what works for me. Your losing weight that is fabulous!

That's such a fabulous result. I've found the closer to my goal weight the harder it is to lose. What's your eating strategy please? I'm struggling with yo yo weight!

Hi Janet, I stay under 1200 cal daily. I make sure to eat 2 large good meals a day (lunch + dinner) plus snacks (my fav is frozen fruit ie cherries or blueberries with plain or vanilla yogurt as the yogurt freezes and its like icecream) yes 2 main meals a day as 3 mains for my age and peri menopause, doesnt work with weightloss besides I've cut out all processed/ fast foods/ sweets and junk foods and softdrinks, so I don't get cravings which means I don't focus on eating. I've learnt to be consistent with recording everything I eat at every meal. You'll be surprised at how much cals you'll over eat if you didn't.
