After depleting all glycogen stores with low fat intake in the last 4 days and with the carb up plus more carb up plus fats from the pizzas. Today I’m on diet until weight settles then plan my reverse diet.

🤣 I'm surprised you weren't in a food coma for 24-48 hrs after unleashing that pizza onslaught into your system after the intensly regulated regimen you were on... Still, now you know so much more about how your body works with what you give it 👍
