Exactly the same weight. Nothing else to report, not deviating from the plan, the body is just not joining me where I want to be at the moment. I have had 4 days in the pool this week doing my amazing John Cleese funny walk as directed by my physio and squats and stretching and the knee is really benefitting from this and I have see a dramatic improvement in it. It’s the most exercise I have done in a couple of years. I am upset I am not losing weight…..and I have to accept where I am at and just keep doing the right thing and remember this is about health and not a number on the scales

John Cleese funny walk 🤣 Glad you have checked in again, even with no change on the scales (piffles)... Great to hear you're able to get some solid exercise in... 4 days in a week is not to be sniffed at 💪 I am just learning squats and planks ATM and I can tell you it's not coming easily for me 😬 much prefer my long walks... Perhaps your weight is being converted from fat to muscle instead? If you're losing cm then that would make sense as muscle tissue is more compact than our cosy, plump fat cells... Enjoy your pool work (walk) and just channel your energy to healing as long as it takes...

This is tough. You may be gaining some new muscle, but then again, stalls do happen. I just read your post from 11th Aug-great post. You actually remind yourself that you're doing this for your health, so good advice from past you, to the you right now. You know you're doing all the right things, so know that this will pass, and future you is going to be thankful for all that you've done to get your health back 💚💚💚

you can do it! I've been there and I'm sure many others on here have experienced this...agh its frustrating and not encouraging so have scream and a good cry, but don't give in or give up as in days to come you'll see the results of your hard work. good work so far xxx
