Had a fasting day yesterday to give the body a reset and it worked. I have lost 1.9kg for the week. Just missed my first 10kg target though by 100grams. Hopefully the fasting result doesn’t swing back the other way and the 100 grams come this week
89.2 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg.    Still to go: 24.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Wise words spicehorn. My journey so far is more dealing with long periods of no loss, so to have a loss of 1.9kgs for me is massive. I was thinking the upswing would happen as a result of eating after a lean dating day. Motivated to keep going 100gram off 10kg and going for at least another 20!
