This was my weight before heading out to Chrissy lunch with my cross stitch group... Man those club meals are a lot of food 😀 Today, I decided to fast breakfast, eat the half plate sized chicken parmigiana and salad (skip the chips and dressing) and I'll have a bit more protein later tonight if I get hungry again.... sorry carefully planned meals and macro's, will check back in again tomorrow 😬 Did manage a good 45 min walk in the reserve before the rain set in again which has hopefully helped move the volume of food through my system a bit - time will tell😀
92.5 kg Lost so far: 55.5 kg.    Still to go: 27.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Treeslaugh, I ended up having a YoPro for dinner (my first and definitely not my last 🤤). The only thing I noticed is that my fibre count plummeted for the day 😂 and I have stayed exactly the same weight for two days... My take on that is that I'll be tweaking my monthly meal plan and will be looking out for a mate or two to go to that club with me again next month 👍
