Weight creeping back up to 79.7 but diet has been followed 100%. Genuine effort to increase daily vegetable intake this week. FBG a perfect 5.8 this morning (for me). On Dec 1 my FBG was 19.0 and on Dec 20 it was 16.0. Amazing what can happen when you follow a diet with 100% commitment, and not just half arsed.

Blood pressure back down to normal as well. Weight will come off eventually.
79.7 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Well done 👍 I waited until I had full blown T2d for 5yrs before making the changes to my lifestyle... a clean food diet and a bit of walking turned that around in a year👍

Thats good to hear. I've been way to lax over the years, but now it's time for 100% commitment
