Following intermittent fasting along with portioned meals seems to be a good way to lose weight.

Importantly preparing my mindset was the first achievement before following a routine.

I want to incorporate a 3 days a week gym routine to strengthen my fitness both mentally and physically.
102 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 23 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
