Today is my weigh-in reporting day. It's not bad, however I was aiming for a bit more based on the calorie deficit and calorie burn. In a way, it gives me a chance to re-assess my calorie burn measurement properly. Overall my body and mood feels a lot better comparatively. 💪💪
