hi Steve, good FBG! I saw you post a few days ago that you were eating a lot of fruit... I'm not a dietitian, but after doing some research I found my body actually doesn't deal with the fructose in fruits so well, likes to store it rather than use it for fuel... I swapped out bananas, grapes and apples etc (and my beloved stone fruits) for anything with the word 'berry' in it (still in moderation) and also raw veg for the fibre... it's a pain when your making an effort to lose and seemingly get the opposite results...

Hi Liz, I'd say that is the answer. Not much I could do last weekend with 3 days of 37 degree heat. Calorie wise theres no reason I should be holding on to this weight, I have been very good. I even had 0 beers last weekend (and this weekend!) I'll keep being good and we'll get there in the end

yes I agree with Lizparkard09 regarding fruit. Keep to the daily or in your case at this stage, weekly intake of certain fruit. For a sweet snack I have frozen blueberries or frozen ruby mix berries with Yoplait vanilla Zero. The frozen fruit freezes the yogurt turning its consistency to that of icecream. If your on keto, swap the yogurt for full cream instead. Check on what foods you are incuding daily (it could be the culprit converting to sugars once digested) one food in particular may be causing the hindrance ie chewing gum, bread, latte, crumbed meats, alcohol. Hope you solve it soon. onwards and downwards.👍
