I didn't weigh in yesterday, as I was feeling dejected and avoidant. I've been madly binging for the last few days, for a few reasons. I'm trying to get back on track now, aware of the whys but not dwelling on the binge. Time to reset and restart! 💚
80.7 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 23 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I no it’s hard sometimes it feeling like one step forward two steps back Keep in mind we all have binge moments realising and putting a stop is a step forward consistency does have its rewards
