A visit to the renal specialist this week went even better than I had hoped. My blood work shows my HbA1c has dropped further since stopping the diabetes meds in November 💪 Also he halved the dosage of my BP meds 🎉 He was the doctor who said to me in February last year, if I could just get my weight below 100 kilos that I would see real changes in my health - such a simple statement that I had never heard in all my years of being way over that weight !!! Just to say, that is exactly what has happened... pfff 🤯 It was so great to be able to look him in the eye and thank him for that simple key...
84.5 kg Lost so far: 63.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
