This was expected and I take it as it is still a downward trend. Because last week was a bit of a roller coaster with my mindset and that has shown in my actions. Eating habits wise, although I kept my calorie deficit within the agreed limit, my macros were all over the place. My proteins were down and carbs were way up. Fat was also up, exactly opposite to my weight loss dynamic. This is a great insight into weight loss journey, even if you go with a calorie deficit if macros are wrong then it will show up on your weight loss.
93.3 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
