I am very delighted with this result after last week's small loss. However I had to be conscious of my habits both eating and physical activity. I also had better sleep this week. Physical activity wise I had an increased number of days I exercised.
Most of this I give to the mindset and the way I look at food. I can gladly say I am becoming health conscious, and I think it's a good thing.
