I've sucessfully completed Day One of getting my diet back on track. My wife made bolognaise with prehistoric pork mince that she chiseled out of the depths of our freezer, so I had no problem not eating it.
101.3 kg Lost so far: 37 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I just read your hobbitsy post. I can feel your frustration from way over here. And I get it. I've been there down in the dark right beside you, only there was no way to know that we weren't alone. You've done amazing work to get to double digits. You getting sick is not your fault, not your choice. When we're sick our bodies crave more energy as well as comfort. Being sick can set us back, but we can reset, and it seems like that's exactly what you've done. I hope that Day Two of your rest goes just as well as today. You can do this! 💚
