Wow, that's quite the jump! I'm now a paltry 100g away from losing an even 40kg. Yes, I tried taking off my watch and glasses, though it was for naught. I've also just crossed the largely meaningless BMI threshold from "Obese" to "Overweight", so that's nice.
98.4 kg Lost so far: 39.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

🎉 WOOT... that 40kg is the weight of a baby cow 🐄 - you can google it if you like hahaha... also, from experience, BMI still counts if you're in a doctors surgery and worth celebrating, well done 👍
