This is my starting weight of my second innings. I can't believe I blew it so much in 2 months. But, it's a reminder how this happens when we don't monitor. Again, it's not very simple as we normally deal with so many other things in life. Although we call it a mindset, it also includes mental health. So, take it on the stride and go easy. let's be mindful and objective.

90.1 kg Lost so far: 14.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
