I plan to record daily weight until I find consistency.
91.4 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Better off doing weekly or twice a week at most, daily doesn't tell you much and can cause discouragement due to normal cyclic fluctuations in weight completely unrelated to fat loss.

@m666! Thanks for your comment. I understand your concern, I am only doing that to make myself accountable. If I am eating properly and weight is fluctuating then I would know the driver of the weight moment is not overeating.
