I know exactly what is going on here. it's not overeating but I'm not able to get it out in time. My water intake is just right and fibre is adequate. I need to work on my proper BM.
90.3 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
