I am learning that having a protein supplement makes a big difference in maintaining weight. Because it helps manage our hunger better by making us feel full.
89.7 kg Lost so far: 15.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week

I used whey protein isolate while losing weight, increasing protein without the calories of whole foods really helped a lot. It absolutely helps stave off the hunger pangs, remember to have lots of water with the supplements. Keep at it bestees.au 💪

That's right @lizpackard09. I am going with plant protein, it's not bad. My water intake is also pretty ok now. I am still battling a bit with my sugar cravings. Just need to detox for few days to kick out those cravings.
