Mildly annoying when the weight just sits on a figure, but markedly better than having it going back up!
86.8 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

My coach said its a formula. Food in our tummy subtract Movement which is energy used = weight loss. We have to move or burn more energy than we eat. I wanted to feel full, which was tricky at first, but we can eat all we want of foods from nature.
