That's a pleasing drop, the weight loss seems to be back on track.
My trainer took a waist measurement while I was at the gym and I've dropped 6cm off my waistline so far. Pleased about that, although I still have some way to go yet.
83.4 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
