Not a good week for dietary restraint. Roll on new year and some renewed focus!
I'm hoping my bung knee heals enough for me to get back into cardio ASAP.
Not being able to exercise is double edged for me. In addition to burning less calories and being gainfully occupied for less time in the day, I don't do as well psychologically and tend to start grazing again.
82.1 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
