I seem to be getting back into the groove. Now I need to get my head down and stay focused.
I know from past experience that the last few kilos are the hardest to lose by far, probably because I'm normally bored silly with the whole calorie restraint thing by that stage of a weight loss drive.



79.4 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
