Well I went up 1.1kg over the weekend on a very poor diet (lots of extra), however with plenty of exercise. I find I have to do both at the same time to get any benefit
76.8 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Maybe you should stick with it (the keto diet) a while longer. It takes a while for the body to switch over to ketosis ...from what I remember from the VLCD diet.
