I am proud to say that I am under the 100 kilo mark!!!!

I'm eating well. I drink plenty of water and I have the odd treat now and again in moderation.
99 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 49 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
