I've been avoiding the scales again. This is getting ridiculous, I've had numerous false starts at getting back into calorie control, but keep wanting to eat the world. I really have to get serious, as it is now 11 months since I started this project and I'm back within a few kg of my starting weight.
88.7 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
