Feeling much better. Blood sugar meter needed new battery, now working again. Blood sugars still higher than normal, but trending down well.
The big fright I got has motivated me, at least for now. I am trying really tight calorie restriction to see if I can hack it for a couple of weeks, maybe longer.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
