So frustrated. Sticking to 1100 calories a day sees me maintain. Anything over and I'm putting on weight. I'm seeing the dietitian in a few days and will see what he says. It is so easy to say overweight people lack willpower, are lazy or undisciplined. I am finding it so hard to lose just three or four kilos so I think I'll never judge anyone again.

Not judging is good. 💖 Could be hormonal or metabolic reasons for no loss. A lot of people recommend reducing carbohydrates regardless of your calorie intake. It works for me.

I agree. I don't think I'm judgmental to be honest, because I've struggled all my adult life with being "just a bit" overweight. But I think if we are honest with ourselves, most people look at very overweight people and think it would be so simple to reverse that, and those of us who are trying hard know that it is not that simple. One of my problems was cutting out most cabs. Dietitian told me I need them. His plan was working, and then just stopped. Anyway, seeing him again tomorrow to work out what I do next. So frustrating.

True. People do naturally judge, sometimes to justify their own inadequacies. My teenage son thinks exercise is the key. I find a lot of men think exercise is the be all and end all. I find eating and drinking habits are more important than calorie use. Fitness is more than just working out.
