I'm trying hard to stick to 1100 calories (under care of dietician) and after finding out I have some heart plaque, I've started exercising minimum 45 minutes daily at a fat burning heart rate, and still I'm not really losing as I should. I got down to 58.4 and then had early Christmas lunch last Sunday and put on one kg overnight. Then I have to work for a week to lose it again. What a PITA.
I'm determined though and want to lose a couple more kg. But it seems (and dietician confirms) that 1100 calories per day might be what I'm going to have to live with forever. I don't go hungry, but I am very careful that I eat well. I still have a treat if I need it, but I make that treat fit into the calorie total.
