I line my cookie sheets with nonstick aluminum foil. It works awesome.

This is my new favorite treat!!! Yummy! I followed the directions pretty close, but I ended up only using 1 whole sweet potato and split it into 2 servings. I sprayed the pan with cooking spray, put the sweet potatoes on the cookie sheet and had no problems with sticking.

I made in a Pampered Chef stone pan, did not stick and very crispy. You do have to spread in a single layer and turn over during cooking, cooked at 40 minutes.

My fries stuck to the cookie sheet as well and they never really got crispy enough. I did enjoy the sweet cheese dip though.

I tried doing this recipe yesterday and it did not go well... The fries got stuck to cookie sheet... Was I supposed blend the egg whites or mix? I mixed them...Also the skin was to rubbery... Maybe I did this wrong, but I followed it like it was written...
