Vegan Rice Balls

Small rice and sweet corn balls, baked with spices.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook the rice. Add sweet corn before the rice cooks completely. Let all the water evaporate, or take out the excess water.
  2. Add all the ingredients and mash together. Let cool.
  3. Make small balls with a tablespoon and cover with the bread crumbs.
  4. Cook in the oven on a baking dish.
  5. Note: eat as a snack or with a tomato and onion salad as a main.
