Terrific for a barbeque, the creaminess of this coleslaw is great up against hot BBQ spices.
Ingredients
Directions

- Add shredded cabbage, toss to coat well.

Agree with Quigly, for Atkins, use regular mayo and sour cream. I did not add the onion, garlic, paprika, splenda or lemon. We like some vinegar in ours and some celery seed. I will probably not use this recipe again because of the added carbs, but will redo my own.

Not bad. Not great. I needed more Splenda and less lemon juice. And the onion/garlic/pepper must go.

this is nasty stuff. however if you are going to make it, to cut the carbs, use regular sour cream and regular mayo.
