Directions
- Mix honey and light soy sauce with 2g of garlic.
- Fry off tofu in oil until brown and take it out.
- Cook the onion until translucent.
- Add the ginger and remaining garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the mushroom and coriander sautee off for a few minutes.
- Add the broccoli and carrots and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the cabbage and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the marinade and tofu and stir through and it's done.
