enjoyed it alot..very satisfying, and I added a fat free cream cheese frosting, it boosted the calorie count up by 15 more calories, and it helped satisfy sweet tooth a little more, but very yummy alone as well!!
4 ounces fat free cream cheese
cinnamon (about a tablespoon)
about a teaspoon of vanilla
Splenda (about 5 tablespoons)

I use spice cake mix and add a 1/4 cup raisins, 1/4 cup cranraisins, and a 1/4 cup walnuts. So delicious and so easy to make.

Great for the Flex plan, I think. I'm on the Core plan which is low carb and low sugar. But I can eat this and use my weekly Flex points
