A simply flavorful slaw that comes together in no time.

Directions
- In a mason jar combine: rice vinegar, canola oil, sesame seed oil, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Shake to fully combine.
- In a medium bowl combine: cabbage, yellow bell pepper, grated carrots, and snow peas. Toss to combine.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Serve.

I liked this a lot, but the dressing was too tart and salty IMO. I added a tablespoon of raw turbinado sugar and it was perfect (for me!).
