Balsamic Vinegar Vegetable Blend
Easy and delicious low fat and low sodium vegetable side dish.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cut vegetables into small bite size pieces.
- Spray pan with cooking spray like Pam. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds or so.
- Add vegetables, water and balsamic vinegar and cover pan with lid and steam for 5-10 minutes until done.

This sounds nice but it's not suitable for induction because balsamic vinegar is packed with sugar.
