Super quick, rich in protein and easy to prepare for lunch or light dinner.

Directions
- Slice red peppers, cucumber and lettuce then put them in a bowl. Add beans, tuna, pickled jalapenos, corn and olive oil.
- For the dressing, slice and smashed avocado and combine it with mayo and lemon juice. Add it to the bowl.
- Mix all ingredients together and ready to serve.
