Tuna and Black Bean Salad

Super quick, rich in protein and easy to prepare for lunch or light dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Slice red peppers, cucumber and lettuce then put them in a bowl. Add beans, tuna, pickled jalapenos, corn and olive oil.
  2. For the dressing, slice and smashed avocado and combine it with mayo and lemon juice. Add it to the bowl.
  3. Mix all ingredients together and ready to serve.
