Yes, drinking is a killer. I’ve stayed off it for a week & have managed to stick to diet & exercise- if I drink it all goes to crap. Don’t beat yourself up- I’ve felt how you feel; just keep going.

Thats so true. Alcohol can also lead to depression which then leads to comfort eating.
