Well I did do it again. I fasted from Sunday night to Friday Morning and again it was 106 hours.
This time I've got to say it was much much easier(?)Less waves of hunger and no feeling ill on days 3 & 4. It went very smoothly and there's no ill effects I can report.
I kept up my walking regime but only once a day for 2.5 hours as I'm pretty sore after that. I'll try more walk time next week.
Well I've decided to do the same thing this coming week. See if it's really getting easier but either way I will go again.
I don't know how much weight I've lost as I wont weigh myself until Nov 2 but I can feel my clothes are getting looser by the day and can feel my body retracting if you know what I mean.
Ok will report back next week.
