Another day another challenge. Stay on target. Just did a 20minute walk on the treadmill 100 calories in the pocket as I see but will try to keep the calorie intake under or on target. So the workout hmmm could be a choc biscuit but as I don't have a sugar craving I shall refrain. :-)
