Recovered alcoholic. In the process of quitting sugar and my addiction to chilli crisps!.
Started the 5:2 diet in June. Lost 7.8kg so far. Recording calories on this site to keep me on track for the last 5-7kgs. Hope to reach my goal and find out my daily maintenance calorie allowance. Tired of yo-yoing. Time to look after myself and be the best me I can be.
